POSITIVE HABITS


Ever felt that you arrived at work all stressed, not knowing where or how to start your day. I always felt like that, until a year ago I changed my lifestyle.

Here is a few "habits" that you might want to try and incorporate in your daily life, that will improve you day and even improve your business. Wake up every morning at 5am.

Between 5 - 7 am in the morning, try some of these habits, that will positively influence the rest of your day.

- EXCERCISE

By doing any form of exercise first thing in the morning, will wake you up :) More importantly it releases endorphins, brain chemicals, that makes you feel happy . This will let you feel relaxed and put you in a positive mood for the day ahead.

- READ OR LISTEN TO INSPIRATIONAL BOOKS OR ARTICLES

Read inspiration books by individuals that made a success in your field of interest. If you spend a lot of time on the road, you can buy audio books and listen to it on the go and between clients. It will be one of your best investments made.

- USE A DIARY AND PLAN YOUR DAY

I have discovered that people do not use diaries any more. Every time I employ someone new, I need to "force" such person to use a diary. Clients do not attend an arranged meeting because they forget about it. Start using one, and in your time between 5 and 7 am, go through your planning for the day ahead. You will be much more prepared for what will happen during that given day.

- HOW WILL I GET EVER GET USED TO THIS HABITS ?

Any new activity becomes a habit on an average of 30 days. Your first week or two might be difficult, but stick through that stage and your will be well away to a new horizon. Soon you will feel like a new person.
